Online Teaching Using Wenzao Cloud E-learning System

Dear faculty members,

For online teaching using Wenzao Cloud e-learning System, you may find the user guides on the right side of the homepage of Cloud e-learning System as well as the left side of the homepage of Center for Faculty Development.  If you have any questions, please contact the Center for Faculty Development by calling phone extensions #2916 ~ 2926.  For new teachers, we will send another email for providing further help.

Remarks for uploading files to Cloud e-learning System are as follows.

1. Audio files should be mp3 format.
2. Video files should be mp4 format.
3. The maximum size of each and every file is limited to 128M.  If your file size exceeds the limit, please use FTP to upload files instead.
4. If you find your file space is insufficient, please contact Information and Instructional Technology Center by calling phone extension #2852.
5. The alternative method for solving file formats and space is you may upload them to your Gap Google drive, and copy and paste your file hyperlinks when setting the learning paths.
