Self-production Area for Teaching Materials
The teaching materials section has released the following facilities and service to our faculty and students for producing teaching materials:
I. Teacher's Workshop
The teacher's workshop provides computers and converting services of multimedia audio/video editing (hardware list）and courseware producing software (software list). In addition, instructional technology consultants will provide on-site consultation services by phone, e-mail, or in person at the teacher's workshop for any questions about courseware production.

2.Multimedia Computers：
(1)There are five computers available for teachers and teaching assistants to use.
(2)Service hours: 08:00-12:00 and 13:10-17:00 from Monday to Friday during the period of semester. 08:30-12:00 and 13:10-16:30 from Monday to Friday during the period of summer and winter vacation.

3. Instructional Technology Consultation：
(1)Available to our faculty and teaching assistants only.
(2)Service hours: 08:00-12:00 and 13:10-17:00 from Monday to Friday during the period of semester. 08:30-12:00 and 13:10-16:30 from Monday to Friday during the period of summer and winter vacation.

(4)Consultation: Faculty and teaching assistants can consult on issues including teaching materials production, teaching strategies, distance course management, operation of synchronous teaching software, and application of e-learning platform.
II.Recording Studio
There are two recording studio available for faculty and students to use.
User Guide:
(1)Available to our faculty and students only. If there are conflicting schedules, the faculty will take priority.
(2)Service hours: 08:00-12:00 and 13:10-17:00 from Monday to Friday during the period of semester. 08:30-12:00 and 13:10-16:30 from Monday to Friday during the period of summer and winter vacation.

(4)We can provide basic operating instructions. Generic audio recording is available.
III.Photography Studio
There are two photography studio available for faculty and students to use.
