Peer Review of Teaching

◎The peer review of teaching is divided into 3 phases: lesson presentation, class observations, and feedback discussion.

  1. Lesson presentation: The observed provides their course description and helps the observer understand the logistical contexts, lesson objectives and characteristics of the learners and the observed. The time length will be counted as one hour (using Microsoft Teams).
  2. Class observations: The observer observes the interactions among the observed and learners, and takes notes down about their observations and reflections. The time length is subject to the actual periods.
  3. Feedback discussion: The observer provides their feedback notes and discussed with the observed about his/her feedback about the interactions and learners’ behaviors. Through discussion, they can find best practices and areas for improvement together.  The time length will be counted as one hour (using Microsoft Teams).
